How does the monthly plan balance renewal work?

Your Logcomex plan has contracted monthly limits (e.g., number of searches or Excel downloads). Understand the 3 main rules of renewal and consumption:

1. Automatic renewal (1st Day)

All balance is automatically renewed on the 1st day of each month.

• This means the consumption count resets to zero, and you have the full limit available again for use.

2. Balance does not rollover

If you do not use the entire limit within the current month, the leftovers are not transferred to the next month.

• Example: If your plan has 1,000 searches and you used only 800 in March, the remaining 200 expire. On April 1st, you will have 1,000 searches again (not 1,200).

3. Shared balance (Company Account)

The consumption limit is unique for the entire company, not individual per user.

• All users registered under the same Company ID consume from the same "bucket" of credits.

• Attention: If one user performs many extractions, they will consume the balance available for the rest of the team for that month.
