2. When to contact Technical Support? The Support team does not conduct usage training but should be contacted immediately if you encounter a platform error, such as:

A page that does not load or freezes.

Data that seems technically incorrect or missing (bug).
How to contact Support (Chat): For technical issues, resolution is via the platform:
