Why can't I copy and paste (Ctrl+C) data from the screen in NCM Intel product?

Blocking the selection, copying, and pasting (Ctrl+C / Ctrl+V) of data directly from NCM Intel interfaces is a standard security guideline at Logcomex.

This configuration is applied globally to ensure database integrity, compliance with intellectual property policies, and security against unauthorized usage (such as data scraping by bots).

How to extract data correctly?

The platform provides official channels so you can work with information in a structured and secure way.

If you need data outside the system, do not use manual copying. Follow the standard procedure:

• Use the Export button (Excel icon) available in the report toolbar.

• The download will deliver the file formatted and ready for use, respecting the usage limits of your contracted plan.

Note: this is a native platform configuration and cannot be manually disabled.
