I have Excel in my plan, but the export button doesn't work. What do I do?
If the export/download Excel button does not appear or is disabled, this usually happens for two main reasons.
Please check the following points in order:
1. Check your User Permissions The most common cause is that your individual profile does not have the specific permission enabled to export files (even if the company has hired it).

Action: Ask your company's Account Administrator to verify and check the "Export" box in your user profile.
2. Check Financial Status For security policy, the system automatically blocks report downloads if it identifies invoices overdue for more than 30 days.

Action: Check with your finance department if all payments are up to date. Regularization restores access automatically.
3. Nothing solved it? Contact Support via Chat If you confirmed that your permission is active and there are no financial pending issues, it might be a technical block.
